When do I need to start doing CPD?
From 6 June 2025, your first real estate CPD year begins on the anniversary date of your licence or certificate being issued (as it appears on your licence or certificate). For example, if your issue anniversary date is 1 August, the OFT requires you to start keeping evidence of your CPD courses from this date.
The REIQ has a tracker available to determine when your CPD training is due for completion.
