Antonia Mercorella

Experience: As Chief Executive Officer of the REIQ, Antonia has transformed the 104-year-old Institute into one of the most progressive and high-profile industry peak bodies in Australia. Backed by a 20-year legal and executive management career, Antonia has led and shaped some of the most significant real estate legislative reforms across multiple jurisdictions. Her ability to lead and develop advocacy programs has drawn national and international attention.

2024-2025 Zone Chairs

The REIQ’s Zone Chairs are ambassadors for our profession, representing the REIQ at a local level across 16 regions throughout Queensland. With support from the REIQ, they are our local voice in the community, providing boots-on-the-ground representation in regional areas and helping to strengthen communication between the REIQ and our members.

2024-2025 Chapter Committees

Our Chapter Committees are comprised of respected and experienced real estate professionals who play an important role in providing valuable insights to the REIQ about the real estate profession as well as providing critical feedback on the REIQ’s education, training, events and advocacy activities.

 

There are six Chapter Committees:

  • Buyer’s Agents;
  • Commercial & Industrial;
  • Property Management; and
